Hello.

We've been trying to set up the module for one of our clients to display his page content. We think we've configured the module correctly - fed it the API data (ID and Secret), but we're not getting any posts displayed.

One thing we've noticed is that in your documentation's screenshot, you have a "Revoke access" button next to Allow Fb, which we assume is what you get when you successfully authenticate, but we never get that - even after supposedly successfully authenticating via the button.

The app on Facebook says it's API 2.9 - is that too new?

We're also getting this from the output:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/<-folder->/public_html/<-folder->/modules/mod_responsivefacebookpagestream/tmpl/helper.php on line 613

Regards

Hi,

Can you please send us a temporary admin access of your site ? We would check it. sometimes if you miss something in App creation this kind of problem occures.
Revoke access is just a status, it's not a major function, We need to check your admin back end of the module.

Please let us know, Thanks

Dear Support,

After two days trying, I have also no connection to my facebook. The post are not showing on my webpage. I think everything is setup properly in my FB development app.
Could you please help me out? Facebook saying it uses api version 2.9. Could that be the problem?

Kind regards, Edwin

I am sorry to ask, but do I need to add a special page to the facebook app? In the developers environment there is an option to add a page to the app. But it creates a new page. I need to show the feeds of the already excisting page.

Please would you help me out, I am a little stuck in my project now :/

Kind regards!

It's working now after Support fixed/updated some things for me.

No issues whatsoever now - I just put in the ID/Secret and authed. Working like a charm.

Thanks!

Hello.

It looks like that connection doesn't work again. After you fixed our problem, we didn't changed anything.

We are getting the same error as before:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/folder/public_html/folder/modules/mod_responsivefacebookpagestream/tmpl/helper.php on line 612

Hi, we are getting another error?

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/< - account - >/public_html/modules/mod_responsivefacebookpagestream/tmpl/helper.php on line 612

Do we send your support email the afflicted site's administration login credentials?

Warning: The site is live now. Do we make a clone for you?

Hi Boštjan,

You don't need to clone site.
