I'm having trouble installing the component. I uploaded the plugin and the component, but when I go to the page of both item view categories and item view, I face this problem as attached.

Hi

We logged in at your site and checked. We did not find any error at the front end item view page. Our OG is enabled.

Please explain with details. If you have error, then give us link winch page you are getting error.

Hello Friend.

Now I can install the component normally, but I still have problems with generating the OG elements for Facebook. I can not generate the preview of an article link published through K2. The attached image shows the details of the problem through the Facebook URL debugger.

Hi Micael,

We investigated this issue. we found some OG tags which are not from our extension.
May be it's coming from your template by default. We disabled our OG plugin and we desabled K2 Default OG, still some tags are showing at your page source. Two OG extension cannot work together. We tried to find those tags. but could not. Can please try and find, from where those tags are coming? (Our OG is disabled now).

Please let us know.

Frankly I do not know where to find it. I can provide FTP site data and you can check the theme code. I believe you have nothing generating these tags other than K2 or the OG extension. Now I feel the loss because the extension does not work and I'm having daily upsets with it. I need some urgent help.

In the Facebook DEBUG tool, it does not work. Also, you compare a non FACEBOOK link the previous one does not work.

Hi Micael,

Sorry about the trouble. Please let us know your paypal id and we will refund you. Our developers were away for holiday, hence the delay in response.

If you allow me couple of days for solution, I can try fixing it, but I understand it took too much time. In that case we can refund, no problem.
